Description
The supplement contains vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol (D3) and vitamin K in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), which are readily absorbed by the body. One capsule contains 2000 IU of vitamin D3 and covers 100% of the daily vitamin K requirement.
Regular intake of D3 K2 MK-7 supports the normal functioning of the immune system, helps maintain strong bones and healthy teeth, promotes the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and supports normal muscle function. Vitamin K2 also contributes to normal blood clotting.
Ingredients:
MCT (coconut) oil; capsule shell [gelatin; glycerol; water]; vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Recommended daily allowance:
1 capsule.
Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, preferably with or immediately after a meal.
