Hammer Q. VADIS 3.0 offers a diverse selection of training programs that enrich your running training – whether it is individual, health-oriented or simply more varied. You can choose from 12 pre-installed training programs. Each program is divided into 10 sections and the incline and speed can be adjusted as needed.

With two user programs, you can also divide your run into 10 sections and independently set the speed, incline and duration of the run. Two heart rate programs (only available with the optional heart rate belt) allow you to train safely according to a preset heart rate. You can also set the speed and running time in advance. Q. VADIS 3.0 is the ideal treadmill for a proper workout after a long day at work!

Big screen

The large, clear display shows your training data clearly and legibly. All important readings are visible at a glance: distance covered, incline, number of steps, calories burned, heart rate, time and speed. The console has a push-button and rotary knob for quick and easy navigation, and a tablet holder. The LCD touch buttons (quick selection buttons) are also easy to read and make it convenient to adjust the incline and speed. Built-in speakers and an AUX input for headphones allow you to enjoy high-quality sound during your workout. The perfect space-saving wonder for your home
Q. Folding and unfolding the VADIS 3.0 treadmill is incredibly easy thanks to the red foot pedal. To fold the treadmill, first set the incline to the maximum level (12%) and then press the FOLD button on the console to move the treadmill into the correct folding position. Then simply press the red foot pedal and the treadmill will fold – without any annoying screws or tools. The folded treadmill can be conveniently moved using the handle and transport wheels on the back. This is a real space-saving solution – when folded, the treadmill fits perfectly under the sofa or stands upright next to a cupboard.

Improve your performance
The LCD touch buttons on the secondary display for adjusting the incline and speed help you quickly reach your desired pace. You can adjust the incline either with the arrow keys or use the three quick-select buttons: 6%, 9% and 12%.
You can control the speed with the +/- buttons or immediately select the appropriate pace from the quick buttons: 6, 9 or 12 km/h. The 2-horsepower motor of the Q. VADIS 3.0 treadmill allows you to train in a speed range of 1 to 18 km/h.
