Maximum load capacity
It is important to know the maximum load capacity of your equipment by parts. You can find it on the right of the pictures. If you subtract the maximum load capacity from your body weight, you know how much weight you can load. You only include your weight if there are parts where you can sit or lie down.
Example: If you weigh 100 kg, you can train 100 kg on the UB20 before reaching the maximum load capacity of 200 kg.
