The Hammer Speed Race spinning bike provides a dynamic cardio workout and intense fat burning at high speeds.
Training with the Speed Race strengthens your leg muscles while you burn calories. Every workout strengthens your cardiovascular system. The Hammer Speed Race is equipped with the best magnetic braking system on the market – unlike conventional braking systems, it’s quiet and maintenance-free. The adjustment of the resistance depends on the distance between the magnets and the flywheel, the smaller the distance, the higher the resistance and the more intense the workout. The resistance can be adjusted using a knob on the frame – if at any point the speed becomes too high, use the same knob to brake.
