Trec Nutrition Casein 100 Strawberry is a strawberry flavoured, slow-digesting, multicellular casein protein that is a high protein food supplement. Micellar casein is an excellent source of protein, providing a longer absorption time for protein. CASEIN 100 supplements the diet with protein that contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Suggested use:
Dissolve 1 serving of the product or 30g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Consume 3 servings per day. On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving within 1,5 hours after training, 3rd serving before going to bed. On rest days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before going to bed.
