TREC RECOVERY SHAKE is characterised by the appropriately selected ingredients responsible for the anti-catabolic effect. They inhibit the breakdown of muscle proteins in the body, thereby reducing the risk of muscle mass loss during very intense exercise. TREC RECOVERY SHAKE also contributes to a faster recovery after intense exercise.
The product is vanilla flavoured.

Suggested use:
Dissolve one serving of product – 50 g (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water or milk using a blender. Use 1 serving per day after exercise.
