Ingredients:
Whey protein concentrate (from milk), soy lecithin (emulsifier), flavour, thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), sucralose (sweetener), cocoa powder for flavour.

Recommended daily amount:
60g – 90g

Suggested use:
Dissolve one serving (30g) in 200 ml of water or milk. Take 2 to 3 servings per day, as needed. On training days, take the first portion immediately after waking up, the second portion no more than 1,5 hours after the end of training and the last portion just before going to bed.

On non-training days, take the first portion immediately after waking, the second portion between meals and the third portion just before going to bed.
