Trec Beta-Alanine 700 contains beta-alanine, which is recommended for both aerobic and anaerobic disciplines. Beta-Alanine contributes to the body’s production of carnosine, which plays a role in muscle endurance during high intensity exercise. Beta-alanine enhances exercise performance by improving exercise performance and reducing or slowing the onset of muscle fatigue. It also has antioxidant, immune-boosting and anti-ageing properties.b

Ingredients:
Beta-alanine (84.8%), capsule body (gelatin, colorants – titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent – magnesium stearate.

Recommended daily allowance:
4 capsules.

Suggested use:
To be taken with 300ml of water.
On training days: take 4 capsules 30 minutes before training.
On non-training days: take 2 capsules twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before meals.
