Magnesium (magnesium salts of magnesium acid, citric acid) 77%); capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)]; zinc (zinc gluconate) (7%); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.3%).
Recommended daily allowance:
2 capsules.
Suggested use:
Take 2 capsules daily with an appropriate amount of liquid, preferably with meals.
