Maximum load capacity
It is important that you know the maximum load capacity of the parts of your device. You can find it on the right side of the pictures. If you subtract the maximum load capacity from your body weight, you know how much weight you can lift. You will only add weight if there are parts to sit or lie on. Example: If you weigh 100 kg, you can train with 150 kg on the FB80 before reaching the maximum load capacity of 250 kg.
