Description
The BH Fitness Olympic Rack is a multi-position bench designed to provide versatile strength training in a semi-professional environment. This lifting bench has multiple adjustment options, offering the ability to train in a horizontal position as well as in a decline and incline position. The frame is adjustable and the set includes two J-hooks to accommodate an Olympic lifting bar. In addition, two safety attachments are included to convert this bench into a squat rack. Additional accessories can be added to the lifting bench to train other muscle groups (sold separately).
