Water; 17% apple juice from concentrated apple juice; beta-alanine; 3% lemon juice from concentrated lemon juice; L-arginine AAKG; L-citrulline malate; glucuronolactone; rosehip extract; acidity regulator (citric acid); choline bitartrate; Korean ginseng; flavourings; colouring (caramel ammonium sulphite); sweetener (acesulfame K, sucralose, neotame); preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Recommended daily allowance:
45 ml.
Suggested use:
Take one serving (15 ml – 1 tablespoon) before and during exercise. Consume up to 3 servings per day. Shake before use.
