ESSENSEY OMEGA 3-6-9 combines the heart, brain and vision-supporting power of omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA with the benefit of vitamin E – which stabilises the chemical integrity of omega-3 fatty acids and protects cells from oxidative stress. Each serving contains 3000 mg of fish oil, which improves the absorption of valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids from the Omega 3 group. This potent formula contains 360 mg of DHA and 540 mg of EPA, providing a daily dose that contributes significantly to the optimal functioning of vital body systems.

Regular intake of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) in ESSENSEY OMEGA 3-6-9 has been scientifically proven to support heart health, and its beneficial effects are evident in the daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
