The lying cushions are covered with durable and high-quality artificial leather. AB 1000 can withstand up to a maximum of 100 kg of body weight. The trainer can be adjusted in height to 6 different positions, and the footrests can be adjusted to 2 different positions to achieve optimal support. With the AB 1000, you can optimally train your back, buttocks and abdominal muscles.
To store the sports equipment when not in use, only two movements of the hand are required, and it can be quickly folded. In this way, the AB 1000 is practically a space saver and fits into almost any room.
