Either use one of the 10 workout programmes or create your own – to keep track of what to do better next time, create your own user programme. A user-friendly computer (translations in 7 languages) displays your results, sensors in ergonomic handles measure your heart rate. Using Bluetooth and your smartphone, you can share your results with your fellow runners via the Kinomap app. Thanks to its small front wheel, this training device is also suitable for smaller athletes.
