The backlit LCD display is very easy to read and use. You can choose from 23 different workout programmes, plus you can create your own workout profiles with personalised workout programmes. A speed-independent power programme allows targeted load training at a freely selectable frequency.
A combination of running, cycling and stepping, as well as an elliptical forward and backward motion pattern with ergonomically optimised hand grips ensure a particularly joint-friendly workout for the muscles of the legs, buttocks, hips, thighs and arms.
The exerciser is compatible with the Christopeit-Sport Connect app and equipped with Kinomap function. The Kinomap app allows you to workout in an entertaining and interactive way with Android or IOS devices and record workout data. After the trial period, the Kinomap app can be purchased as a paid monthly subscription.
