Recommended use:
Dissolve one serving of the product (3.5g – 0.5 scoop) in 250-300 ml of water in a shaker. Consume 2 servings per day. On workout days: 1st serving upon waking; 2nd serving 30 minutes before or immediately after workout. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, and 2nd serving between meals or before going to bed.
