Description

Suggested use:
Dissolve one serving (3.5 grams – 0.5 scoop) in 250-300ml of water using a shaker. Consume 2 servings per day.
On training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving 30 minutes before or immediately after training.
On non-training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second between meals or before going to bed.
