We recommend that you choose ski boots one size larger than your regular boots.
As a rule, skis for classic technique should be chosen 15 to 20 cm longer than your skis. Once the ski length has been selected, choose the appropriate stiffness according to the weight chart below.
As a rule, skis for skating technique should be chosen 5-10 cm longer than the skier. The maximum ski length is 193cm. Once the ski length has been selected, choose the appropriate stiffness from the weight table below.
Helpful for finding the right pole length: For the classic technique: skier’s length x 0,85. For free technique: skier’s length x 0,9
