Take your workout to the next level with the Tunturi weight belt! Place the extra weight belt over your hips and attach the extra weight. By doing so, your body weight “increases” and makes, for example, a chin-up exercise much more intense. You can choose the extra weight plate according to your needs.
The additional weight belt is a great aid to quickly develop and strengthen your triceps, chest and shoulder muscles.
