Description
Ingredients. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0,09%); chromium (chromium picolinate) (0,01%).
Recommended daily allowance:
2 capsules.
Suggested use:
Consume one serving, or 2 capsules, with approximately 300 ml of water. On training days: 2 capsules 30 minutes before training. On non-workout days: 1 capsule twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
