Description
Ingredients : L-carnitine tartrate (83.3%); capsule shell (gelatin; dyes – titanium dioxide, patent blue); anti-caking agent – magnesium stearate.
One capsule contains 1000 mg of l-carnitine.
Recommended daily amount : 3 capsules.
Recommended use : take 1 capsule with 300ml of water three times a day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal or exercise.
