Trec BCAA Powder is a powder containing precisely selected proportions of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) such as L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine and is enriched with vitamin B6, which is essential for protein metabolism. BCAA amino acids make up 40% of muscle mass. They are consumed for energy during intense exercise. BCAA Powder helps to replenish BCAA amino acids.

Ingredients:
L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Soovituslik päevane kogus:
5-10 g (1-2 scoops). Start by consuming 1 serving per day, increase to 2 scoops if necessary.

Suggested use:
Consume 1 serving (5g – 1 scoop) with 300ml water. Consume up to 2 servings per day as needed. Do not dilute.
On training days.
On non-training days: 1st serving after waking up, 2nd serving before bedtime.
