Ashwagandha is a source of valuable active compounds – the witanolides. Ingredients:
Ashwagandha extract [whole plant] (Withania somnifera) [9% withanolides] (71.3%); capsule shell (gelatin; colouring agents – titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, patendisinin V); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended daily allowance:
1 capsule.

Suggested use:
1 capsule with 250 ml of water with meals.
